The 6th edition of the Uzbek Arbitration Week 2026 (UzAW) will take place from 16 to 19 June 2026 in Tashkent and is jointly organized by the Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Tashkent International Arbitration Centre within the framework of the Tashkent International Investment Forum 2026.

This year, Uzbek Arbitration Week and the Tashkent International Investment Forum will be held on a single integrated platform, bringing together international investors, policymakers, arbitration practitioners, and business leaders.

A key feature of this year’s Forum is the development of the Tashkent International Financial Centre (TIFC), within which the Tashkent International Arbitration Centre and the Tashkent International Commercial Court will form part of a modern dispute resolution infrastructure aimed at ensuring legal certainty and effective protection of investors’ rights.

UzAW 2026 will serve as a platform for discussions on international arbitration, investment protection, enforcement, and dispute resolution mechanisms supporting investor confidence and sustainable economic development.
